Those who are on time spend most of their time waiting !!! 😔😖😔 I was on time !!! I didn't expect that the people I pay through my taxes could be so unkind to me. Pity!

Very long waiting times. Online appointment allocation about 1-2 months in advance. Then about 20-30 people wait on site in the overcrowded waiting room and hallway. You then wait up to an hour for the appointment. This should be improved! The employees, on the other hand, are great, friendly, helpful, master their work and are very courteous despite some troublemakers.
