The bank in Neustadt can not help it. However, Santander is generally not rated. The bank has changed the online banking. Cumbersome and a lousy phone support. I waited over an hour on hold !!!! That has nothing to do with help. During this time I am half in Mallorca. It is definitely a reason to change this online bank.
