I had to deal with the clerks several times and was always treated very competently and courteously. I have been a member of the AOK for over 40 years and have never had any bad experiences, no matter where I am.
My documents were processed quickly and factually. You should plan a waiting time of 10 minutes, a little more at peak times.
Toll is awesome
I changed the other day because this cash register was so bad for me.
The buildings are extremely outdated and dusty, as are the mindsets of the staff.
I have tried it in several customer centers, but the excessive demand was very noticeable.
When I finally changed, a woman suddenly stood in front of my door to ask me about my change when I was at dinner with my family.
I do not like to impart such insolence.
During my time as a member they tried to talk me through everything, I just waited until I got Tupperware turned on.
In general, the time has annoyed me a lot because I could never recognize a "service".
Ever since the ridiculous advertisements on the radio and the internet I had the feeling to be a member of a real satire. This sealed my exit. True to their advertising:
"I should be ashamed if I were AOK assured"
Well, telephone advice is really not advisable!
You leave your number and hope for a call back ... to no avail.
As far as the processing of the documents is concerned, everything is proceeding very slowly.
