It's really unbelievable that they only give appointments and getting one is not exactly easy. Do you think you are better or why not just openly that you can come by spontaneously?

In March we applied for my residence permit, called for several weeks without an answer to get an appointment to be picked up, then the appointment came (September) - 5 minutes late (few parking spaces) and they cannot help me because I am “so late” . But they have time to come out (COVID19) to explain this. It would have taken just as much time to finally pick up the thing. Now I have to make a new appointment by phone. Incredible.

I also put two appointments together very spontaneously. Very nice and above all very fast. I am very pleased.

My concerns were dealt with quickly and reliably. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Everything OK! :)

Getting an audience with the Pope is probably easier than getting either of you on the phone.
