I don’t recommend this place at all if you want to save yourself some headache, time and money. Absolutely incompetent people working here and rude, disrespectful, inexperienced people who have zero respect for clients. Even the manager is very incompetent.

Terrible client service. I had a terrible experience conducting business with these people. It took so long to get the contract done and when I had questions, no one would e-mail me because I didn’t speak German so I had to ask my German boyfriend to call them instead. I voiced these concerns to the broker and she did not respond to my emails or phone call. Then I called the HQ at Hamburg but the manager at the local office was also absolutely unfriendly. I don’t recommend at all, very unprofessional treatment, not focused on taking care of clients. It’s also true what others said in previous reviews - employees at the branch were absolutely unfriendly and cannot answer basic questions.

Very good support during the entire buying process. Very professional way of working, which is recommended. Again any time.
