I absolutely cannot share the complaints of other people. Only the waiting time from online registration to appointment was a bit long, but one should be prepared for that in many places at the moment. The online appointment allocation was a breeze; you will be informed immediately which documents are necessary and which waiting number you will receive. The security guards at the entrance were very friendly and patient, the clerk was able to resolve the issue immediately and give a few tips. Of course, you should do some research beforehand and don't expect everything to be served bite-sized there.

0% competent 0% happy 0% understanding People just sit in his office and drink coffee. I didn’t have an appointment because we’re not available and I only had to cancel because I urgently have to go home. People eyes on who is counting his job. We all . For people, office is not just something for someone to reach an appointment. In all honesty, last time in Duisburg City without a future.

Appointments are currently only assigned online, the security personnel at the entrance are very nice and the Citizens Service team tries very hard to deal with the respective concerns quickly and easily. Without an appointment, however, you have no chance and will be sent away. The current lead time is around 6 weeks.

"quickly and conscientiously" Who bought the review? "helpful and patient" Have you called and asked a simple question? From your review, I'm sure that is not the case. Requirement: Reregister within 2 weeks of moving into an apartment. Hook: Your waiting time for an appointment is 6 weeks. How worldly - and alien is a waiting period of 6 weeks for a simple registration of a place of residence? Corona or not. From "pull number + wait 2 hours = processed" to "Wait 6 weeks to then probably receive the information that the online portal has given you an appointment in the wrong registration office" It's just a shameful achievement. I would boycott the performance or go to the competition. But since there is a legal monopoly on these services, and they are mandatory, one can afford such a "service".
