Otherwise the employees are mostly okay.
However, they seem to like to simply reject a lot of things.
Editing sometimes takes a long time.
15 years ago I lived in Duisburg and briefly had to do with the job center. At that time I was already dreading it, since every single person I came into contact with was extremely unfriendly. Today I (unfortunately) had to get in contact with the gentlemen again and lo and behold, this unfriendliness seems to have manifested itself there. What is so difficult about being friendly to someone when they approach you in a friendly manner?!?! I am really happy to have moved to Oberhausen because there you are treated sensibly and not like a second class person whom you have to deal with disgusted from above!

Applications were received several times and it was said again and again that none had arrived, so you had to make the application the third time and throw it in again. It cannot be that the applications disappear again and again and then again and again.
