Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to inform you today that your branch in Schönwalde am Bungsberg is difficult to access for people with physical deficits. I have to admit, as a healthy person, I never thought about it either. However, I am currently using two forearm crutches and so have my problems with their entrance. It's hard to imagine how it should be for wheelchair users. On the one hand, your doors do not open automatically and, on the other hand, they close too quickly. I would be pleased if you could remedy this shortcoming for people with physical deficits and thank you very much in advance! Ps.
