Can't understand the bad reviews. Were only at 3:45 pm for 3:30 pm due to traffic jam. Security waved us through and the clerk served us super quickly. 10 minutes later everything was done. Thanks for that!

Probably the worst admission office in the world! You should reserve an online appointment, but you can only choose it within 7 days, everything is full! With the city of Duisburg, no wonder! Understaffed, unfriendly and on top of that, arrogant employees are 90% part of everyday life.

Too long check-in times and long queues. I prefer to use the Ringelberg registration service. It costs a few euros, but it's worth it to me.
