Very unprofessional, cheeky, totally overwhelmed with my own tasks. If you are in a hurry, pass your own mistakes as mistakes by customers. Fixed on money and not at all interesting than helping customers. Not to be recommended at all.

The registration went smoothly (about 3 weeks waiting time). However, the high price (€ 140) for registration is a deterrent. Due to Corona, however, we had no other choice.
