The service times for the online area have been extended to 10 p.m. After 7 p.m., however, you will no longer get anyone. Why are you being so fooled? The queue has now been listening for over 45 minutes. Absolutely bad! and you also pay for what?

Telephone calls are not processed! The good woman was also unfriendly on the phone. You don't get specific answers over the phone either. They lie that the beams bend. Card applied for - when asked in the branch, nothing was supposedly applied for. (Quote: everyone could call ... then I wonder why I know the secret question and all of my data from the FF) And now the VB is becoming even more expensive and growing ... Isn't it enough that VB is ranked 28th out of 32 German banks? People wake up ...
