Very nice staff. I spoke to Ms. Lukat about environmental protection and received all important information in a polite and friendly manner. Had to call 3 times, it was busy but it was okay. Therefor there is 4 *.

Employees do not know their competence limits. Terrible work structure that is being driven there! They cause considerable damage to children and parents through their incompetence! If you don't jump as they think it is right, they will react with massive violence in court! Parents are threatened with losing custody. It is really scandalous what the workers are allowed to take out! This area must be treated differently because if such terrible experiences are made in this area due to incompetence on the part of the employees of the youth welfare office in Itzehoe then future dialogues can of course no longer take place as they should be because one of the parties cannot build trust in this authority. ..

A short request to the youth welfare office. The employee, nasty, opinionated, she became subliminally more aggressive with every question. You ask a question and the employee is already in "combat mode". That's impossible. How should a decision on the best interests of the child be made? This sensitive area would have to be regulated differently.

Agents are not reachable, equipment is not converted, it really is the last. In a certain case, arrangements were not kept, and at written receipt then started the balling. Conversations are not withdrawn by the mediation (in my case). One hangs in the continuous loop .. All bottom rail.
