As always, I was served nice and friendly again today. The new online appointment allocation also works extremely well. I got there on time and less than 9 minutes later everything was done. Top.

Appointments. So far it has worked great with a little waiting time because every customer has different concerns. The registration office has the most public traffic, the driver's license office is spread over the morning. No access at the moment without mouth and nose protection and without an appointment. Disinfect your hands right in front of the entrance

Unfortunately, some emails from me have been ignored since August. I was urged by the office and the police to ask these questions directly, as this authority is responsible for them (it concerns a problem with the traffic of the B5 which is diverted by us). Apparently the questions are too annoying and you don't want to deal with them - someone has to die first! It can't be because of Corona. Other questions I asked about my car in June were answered within a week. Now I've been waiting since August and I've sent the mail MULTIPLE. Try again today!

It went very well, despite the current situation. Of course you have to wait sometimes, but the German is very impatient as I found out on site today ... Many thanks to the team for their performance 👍

Super nice and friendly. Sufficient parking space. Appointment agreed for 8:00 a.m. Was called at 8:02 a.m. and at 8:15 a.m. the vehicle was logged off and I was on my way home again. Great !!!
