The people in the citizens' office do not answer the phone. I've been calling them for days during opening hours, but nobody ever answers. The Citizens' Office has a certain responsibility and duty towards the citizens, which they should fulfill. This review only applies to the Citizens Office

There is simply too much grumbling during these difficult times. As a couple, we had an appointment online to extend our ID card. It worked out great, my wife in the wheelchair didn't have any problems either. A very nice patient Mrs. Nickeleit served us kindly. My recommendation at these times: make an appointment online

My assessment does not refer to the actions of the employees, but to the "special timetable" of the authorities. Shops open everywhere. The sports studios open. The hairdressers open. But the authorities are still working after a long shutdown in emergency or appointment mode. When will it open normally again? On a car. Admission has to wait fourteen days. That's only an example. When should it open again? The cashier at Aldi or Edeka works protected too. That is probably a challenge for the great government members.

Calling during office hours and being told not to call during office hours is great. In addition, they have lost total control of everything since Corona ruled.

My telephone inquiry from 07.03.2019 was answered in the registration office very friendly and competent. Kind !!
