The availability by phone or email is great. The staff are super friendly and respond pretty quickly. I was even called by the registry office after 7 p.m., the voice of the gentleman was so positive that afterwards I was in a great mood myself. My questions were answered immediately and my concern resolved immediately, I'm so grateful! Unfortunately I didn't write the name down, so I apologize for not being able to praise the person here directly. I sent the email with my questions on January 8th, 2021 after 6pm. The call came the same day at 7:01 p.m. At the moment I live in Berlin and here you have no one at all who is friendly or helpful in the offices. So hats off to Duisburg. You guys are great! That's the only reason I could move back to Duisburg. Please keep working like this. THANKS :)
