Received a fine for speeding for a different person with the same name as me, but the different date of birth and place. I don't even have a car and I have never been to the place where this occurred. Now I have to waste several hours waiting and worrying, because the regular Police station says it's none of their business.

If you send a fine notice you should also ensure that the access to the online portal works. The data entered in my letter do not work after several attempts. Demanding money is okay, but not providing reasonable service. What does that sound like? Right, Berlin fine office.

Disastrous opening times. Telephone service simply not available in Corona times? Are you kidding me? Emails will not be answered without giving a file number, even though no file number was sent to me. Very strong service, no.

Catastrophe! I submitted my objection on time in the mailbox. I even told the employee that that day was the last appointment. On the 18th I put my objection in the mailbox suggested for it. The employees have assured me that the 18th is still valid as an insert date. Now I get a letter that it was only received on the 19th, which is simply wrong. If there was a police force for the police, I would report this facility immediately. My rights are trampled and I have to pay money for something like that. Totally inadequate service from this facility. The 2.4 stars are completely justified for this establishment. Prepare for poor service and curtailment of your rights. Really bad. The best thing to do is to have everything that you give in acknowledged in writing! Euhh notice that. Shame on the rule of law.

Even 1 star too much! I stood in a driveway for less than 3 minutes, work at Lieferando and picked up a short meal. When I come back down, I see my colleagues, relaxed, walking past my car and discussing with another supplier. Lucky I thought, no, the parking ticket was stuck under my windshield wiper so small that I only noticed it when I wiped it! It also says, illegal parking on a sidewalk, you even saw me go to the restaurant !! I touched the sidewalk zero and didn't bother anyone, if it were different, I can't understand that! "Specification" photo made, nowhere to be seen, probably only for an appointment next month. Where I can then pay twice as much. Inhuman the people you train, I hope if you order food, it never arrives !! And the positive reviews probably written by you too!
