Arrived 2 p.m., wanted to report a lost ID. They asked me into the waiting area and I should bring some (!) Waiting time with me. While I sit around 40 minutes locked up, the officers eat comfortably on the other side of the glass window, gossip and write on WhatsApp. Nobody wears mouth and nose protection, hands are shaken as if there was no Corona. Nobody takes care of me, I leave unfinished business after three quarters of an hour. What a waste of time on important business.

Zero citizen service. The police make themselves comfortable in their office chairs and read the newspaper (you can watch through the window). You are pushed into an old, cold waiting room and nothing happens. No announcement how to proceed. Nothing but maximum ignorance. All prejudices confirmed.

I came because of a subpoena (driving an uninsured e-scooter without ABE). Despite my status as a traffic offender, I felt very comfortable here due to the very pleasant, relaxed tone of the policemen / clerks and was given no prejudice or similar. treated.
