Today I had telephone contact with various employees several times. All contact persons were very helpful, friendly and tried to help me with my request. Every employee took the time for me and all questions could be clarified in an understandable way.
The only "minus point": I had to make several calls before I got through. Most of the time the line was busy. In the current situation, however, also understandable.

Contrary to the experience of others who are said to have been unable to reach anyone, I can only say that I have never experienced it, that no one can be reached or put on hold. As an employee of a school that is often in telephone exchange with the district administration, I regularly call the district's number and it was always answered in a very short time. Topp!
