City advertises free parking on Parkhofstr. parked in front of Rossmann and after 10 minutes a pound on the window. Reason: parking disc not inserted. Far and wide no indication of this. The reference to this is 700m away. The city saves parking ticket machines and the entire service and earns good money every day (€ 20 / ticket)
