Worst bank I've ever been a customer. As soon as the lockdown is over, there is a change. PhotoTAN letter ordered on December 30th. Has not arrived until today (as of January 12). I have no access to anything because I am no longer activated for regular traffic. I don't have an overview of anything. This terrible bank constantly wants to deliver new letters to me, which then either don't arrive or no longer work because a new one is on the way. Absolute troll club and the stupidest decision I have ever made. I don't get any information on the phone. Well Customer service is zero. Edit: In the meantime I got a letter of apology because of the long duration. Funnily enough, the activation letter still didn't come. You are funny.
