Unfortunately, I still have a negative rating for this branch ... We have been waiting for a bankcard for 3 months (!!!!!). After an inquiry by email, the clerk called and said the colleagues are 3 months behind but he has now arranged the dispatch 🤦‍♀️, so no backlog after all ???? Competence is something else 🤷‍♀️. At least think of other excuses when you're kidding customers like that ...

After more than 20 years I'm gone .. Long-term customers are not valued. It is better to generate new ones. Since the service anyway almost only online takes place, the telephone accessibility takes at least 1 day to complete one needs no branch bank more.

Wanted to change my data after moving. Not possible by phone, just as little as via the sparda app, although activated with the secure app. You don't get an answer to emails.

I do not understand all the bad reviews. I have just been in this bank. So I did not have a wait. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall a good atmosphere. Keep it up and thumbs up.
