The bank is great .... friendly staff .... everything is great! But why the Volksbank Krefeld designed their online interface so badly is a mystery to me .... I think it was the end of last year .... I thought so badly I can't ... but it is even worse than bad. ..... you see much less what is going on in your account ..... I want the old system again where you can at least see the correct current account balance! WE HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINED THAT ... BUT IT DOESN'T HAPPEN! MAYBE YOU SHOULD ALSO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS! There is only one star for the worst online surface ..... The business location in Hüls gets 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Thanks to Hüls ❤❤❤
