Due to the current corona situation, appointments must be made. It took me a long time to reach someone on the phone number to make appointments. I got the appointment two weeks later. Everything was okay on site.

I have been trying to reach someone by phone for weeks (!) In vain. Absolutely outrageous, as these are matters that are mostly related to other things and you have to constantly postpone appointments because you cannot reach the "hard-working" ladies and gentlemen in the city of Krefeld! You might think that the coffee chat is both the most time-consuming and the most important thing in town. Always a game of chance, whether you can reach someone and then possibly also a person who is in a good mood.

Have been trying to call for 6 weeks. Either get put on hold, where nobody answers, or they hang up right away. But once it was occupied. And if you come by in person you will be told off, yes, nothing works without an appointment. Funny question how should you get an appointment if you are too incompetent to answer it?
