Not calling first takes forever until someone answers if someone answers then you get a wrong statement. According to the Krefeld public order office, I had to close the shop at the first lockdown. After the phone call with the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, I found out that I don't have to close

Actually zero stars. Nobody answers the phone. Administration does not have a mailbox on Hansastrasse (probably no money). Incidentally, also rude. Not recommended as long as it is not necessary.
