First of all, the staff was very nice and it went relatively quickly on site ... That's why there is a star, because honestly I have tried a hundred times to reach someone by phone, it doesn't work. It took me 5 hours of a day off to make an appointment. Impossible in my opinion.

Since the second month I have been trying to get an appointment for the transfer (B 196) of my driving license, unfortunately without success, either it is busy or nobody answers. As long as I don't get a provisional certificate, I'm not allowed to drive .....! I think it's a cheek and consider it to be an indictment that in the 21st century it is not possible to reserve an appointment online, if there is a lack of staff, the city of Krefeld / driving license office should increase this and not simply face death Corona or not but SO you cannot / may not lead an office!

Always occupied, and if you get through nobody answers. Should I now wait a year until I can pick up my driver's license and drive again ?!

If you have made an appointment online, everything goes very well. Only contemporaries who do not want to accept this system and sometimes insist on lightning-like treatment, putting the corona rules aside, are disturbing. Express praise for the employees who always strive within the framework of the given organization to meet all wishes.

Very very bad service. They never answer my calls or my emails. How can you make an appointment then?
