Never reachable by phone, more than unfriendly when you finally reach someone after several calls. First of all, the letter from my customer then lost the ID of my customer and then after I want to clarify this, yell at me that we are to blame for this, that is bottomless cheek, I have never experienced anything like it. By far the worst registration service in all of Germany.

Incredible ignorance, we place around 30-40 orders per month, so not a small customer, but I've never experienced anything like that ... I don't understand why they have a phone. Called over 30 times, nobody answered. Emails are hardly answered, if at all, papers are lost, license plates are simply reprinted, etc., etc., etc., despite being asked not to do so, etc. I have never experienced such a poor service. I prefer to take a day off and do everything myself. I have been waiting 6 days for a deregistration alone. not recommended! update: Waited 5 weeks for a registration! First the vehicle license was gone, then the vehicle, which could NOT be registered, should be presented because of the license plate! the license plates were registered in the vehicle license! Incredible stupidity, and to top that they want to have 36 euros from me because of an alleged service. very very ridiculous everything ...
