First a long wait on the phone. Then the service person contacts me to inform me that she is very busy and will call me back immediately. Today, a week later, I'm still waiting for the call back. Incidentally, similar experiences with the main office in Erkelenz.
I have not experienced a worse service until today. As a customer, you are put on hold and waiting .... After a 1/2 hour, the connection was disconnected. 3 more attempts are also failed. 1.5 hours a day without success in the queue without success is a dreamlike service.
One star, less is not possible.
