Advertise for credits with 1.99% then the offer 4.99% (15000 € term 48 months a 399 € and a few ct so about 19150 € makes 4150 € in 4 years = DISASTER) never again! The consultant says no negative Schufa entries and comes up with any score points to justify 4.99%. (Have now taken out a loan elsewhere for 2.49%) Absolutely not recommended for loans. The credit card that I have at the bank, however, is top (withdraw money free of charge worldwide), therefore 2 stars.

The bank itself is good, unfortunately, the on-site consultant is useless. As you stand then suddenly with 4 children without money because the adviser did not give the Kontowechel. It was worked together and we were often told that everything is out and he even got confirmation. Unfortunately, none of the jobs know what the account money is and transfer the funds to the old, no longer existing account. The agencies are very different, great offers and very fast processing!
