Assessment regarding the telephone availability: I can only agree with the previous speakers, you can hardly reach anyone from your branch even if you have an extension number. It is also difficult via the switchboard. If you believe you want to open a new account, you will definitely get there faster ...

Accessibility of the branch by telephone is a complete disaster. With the central extension - 1020 you land suddenly in the service center, with a direct extension to the advisor after three rings. Afterwards an anonymous chatbot, once you have overcome this, the endless waiting loop follows. Sorry Commerzbank, but I don't need a branch on site for such an underground service, I can switch directly to an online bank. Individual and service-oriented advice is definitely different!
