Poor and unreliable advice. Promised loan that has not been paid out for 3 weeks. As a result, we were able to make up our planned house purchase. Empty promises and lost time. Now we have no credit, no house. I don't want to know how many times I had to run afterwards. An AFFAIR this shop.

I can only join the many other recessions. Customer care is not really important here. Multiple promised callbacks were not kept. There was always someone not on duty or just coming back from vacation. After some time and multiple calls and SMS on my part, the right colleague wanted to call me. He did that and made an appointment with me and on the same day the other colleague suddenly reported again and then informed me that the semi-detached house was already gone. A really great team effort the Postbank GT. Here you get help ...

Because of the need to solve his Bausparvertrag from 1995 (with prominent interest, mind you) on to clear financial difficulties out of the way and it is one assured that the money is in a week in the account. One and a half weeks later, nothing has happened yet. How can one only need so long for a transfer? Our one can do it in a maximum of two days. That was definitely the last contract with BHW. You can fool and hang yourself, but please not your (long-term) customers!

Repent that I got to the Postbank alone in a call it is continuously occupied and waits in vain plus you call mereremale but always busy.

The purest disaster to do business with these people! Untrustworthy, no friendliness inexperienced employees do nothing and very very unfriendly !!! So you only lose customers! I have closed all of my accounts and after various discussions with other customers from BHW you will lose a great many customers!
