Absolutely rude and unprofessional! Have been customers with several accounts and credit cards for several years. After the termination (almost € 12 paid a month) we were treated only absolutely unfriendly - VoBa then showed its true face. By the way, the VR banking apps are an absolute disaster (that was one of the reasons for the change). I have never seen such poorly programmed software before, absolutely error-prone, keeps crashing, is unwieldy and cannot do the simplest functions. Activations when blocked sometimes took up to 6 weeks. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN VOLKSBANK, keep it up and you (hopefully) will soon be unemployed because you won't learn it any other way!
