We have been going to the SternGarten for years and have always received very good advice there. We were also very well advised by Mr. Müller-Manzow when buying our pond filter system and pond fish and bought something in the shop several times. Although it is not as cheap as in many online shops, personal advice is very important to us, which is why we always go back. But today we will probably think twice. Since both Mr. Kühn and Mr. Müller-Manzow were talking to the customer, we were “served” by Ms. Holz. We described our problems and were very surprised at Ms. Holz's reaction. We are not used to that from the SternGarten team. She treated us from above and did not take us and our problems seriously. It simply and simply handled us. "The customer is king" probably does not know the good woman. We had to go undone and will now have to find out more on the Internet. Too bad, because otherwise the SternGarten is a great address for garden design and pond systems.
