Commerzbank has very unfriendly employees. Sometimes you feel like you have to be grateful to be able to pick up your own money! Are Commerzbank employees still okay? What are you actually thinking of ??? You can be happy that you can work with my money. You should kiss my feet! In case you think it's an isolated incident! Unfortunately, no !

I like Commerzbank in Hagen a lot. The staff are mostly very friendly and you are served quickly and reliably, and the advice is great. 😁

with regard to one of the worst banks in all of Germany I don't even give it a star that we don't even deserve the service is not good on sure I don't recommend Commerzbank so recommendable zero

I actually feel at home at Commerzbank. But unfortunately there are also some major negatives here. During my approx. 10 visits in the last 4 years, I had a different consultant each time. The "personal" is clearly missing here. The employees also do not have their own extension number or e-mail where they can contact "their" advisor if they have any questions. There are consultants who have a clue and some who definitely could not have learned this profession !!!

Just bad, I don't know which interns they allowed, but I wanted to transfer 10,050 euros with the transfer form. Well .. Thrown in the bank, check my account activity 2 days later and they actually only transferred 100.50. Now I have problems with paying for my new car and also with the registration because appointments at the position take 2 weeks in advance due to Corona. Thank you Commerzbank.
