We had a conversation with Mr. Zafiropoulos for general building finance. It was a very informative conversation, we were really very happy! Not only is he a good consultant, he's honest and straightforward and speaks the reality! We hope to see you again soon ... this time with a mortgage! :) And in general, as far as the Märkische Bank is concerned, I can't say anything bad, everyone is friendly and helpful! I like to be a customer there !! :)

Customer-friendliness for his longtime customers is not written here at all. My bank card was stolen. After the blocking, I wanted to receive a new one. The cost was okay, but the shipping time was a disaster. Specified were 7-10 business days. I waited just under a month for the card. The new card did not work properly from the start. I was told that I should not pack my phone so close to the card. An absolute impudence. I always have the card in my purse, which is always on the opposite side of the phone in my pants. I should then again pay the fee for the new card. And the clou comes yet again: I was again called the shipping period of 7-10 working days. It has now been 17 days and I'm still waiting for the card. That has absolutely nothing to do with customer friendliness. Other banks are doing a lot better. I will change the bank. Never again.

longtime customer, but more and more service is saved and everything is covered by a service fee. I expect this to be different for a local bank and more consumer-friendly. You could actually switch directly to a cheaper direct bank in this development trend. Examples just to adjust the online parking limit because one buys a car costs directly € 5 ... :-( Too bad! Where else is this free and possible at any time.

Very satisfied. Was advised in the branch in the city hall gallery of Mrs. Schröder and Mrs. Katernberg. Highly competent ladies, very good erläterung the products and a super pleasant atmosphere. Höfflich, Nice and Engaged and very beautiful 😁. Thank you, that's how I imagine modern banking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
