I cannot share the experience with the often defective ATMs. I have been a Commerzbank customer for many years and only found a machine out of order! The parking lot situation, however, has room for improvement ... The consultations were consistently competent and pleasant! I'm still a customer here :-)

I wouldn't even give this bank a star. After an employee there treated me like the last person, disparagingly and outrageously, I immediately turn my back on this bank. In terms of friendliness and dealing with customers, this person missed the job for me.

Pay-in / pay-out machine often defective, parking spaces are often occupied because people like to go to the hairdresser's or have an ice cream. It doesn't bother Commerzbank ... not even the weird woman who lounges around in the dark in the branch and watches the customers who go in and out all day: D Lunatics ...
