I have less personal experience with the Sparda bank in the lobby. Apart from a nice conversation with the branch manager, Ms. Kehl, I hardly need any help or advice. For a long time I have been doing a lot about online banking with my PC from home. I don't have to queue in the often very long line. Some time ago, I asked for advice on investing. What can I say, satisfaction looks really different and that's why I undone everything. The branch will now close on June 26, 2020. I experienced that there before, when Deutsche Bank was still in these rooms. After that I traveled after them, so to speak, until it got too colorful. I will certainly not repeat this mistake! A letter to Dusseldorf has already been written and will be going next week. It will probably bring nothing, but at least I expressed my displeasure about it in strong words.

Finger away from this bench. Service desert and arrogance. In the past they were free, but paying for this behavior is no longer tenable. This bank manages itself !!!!!!! Mr. Gankowski you have this customer on the conscience !! Keep it up.

The Sparda-Bank in Hagen-Vorhalle is very difficult to reach by phone. Appointments are forgotten and not kept. Instead of apologies, there are stupid comments. Somehow I didn't like that.

Luckily, the branch will be closed in Vorhalle 2020. Very bad customer dealing.
