No one can be reached on the hotline. With other number super unfriendly staff, that should be changed as soon as possible. There should be 0 stars for that.

I am currently in quarantine, I had contact with someone from the health department before Christmas who said he would accompany me through the time. NEVER HEARD OF THAT AGAIN. I was also told that the quarantine will last until December 31st and we have to see how long in the end. I don't reach anyone to find out how long it will go or not or whether it will be official is canceled. So I'm in quarantine for now until an indefinite period of time. Without a contact person. I'm running out of groceries. And I have no one who can bring me any. Thank you, Hagen Health Department. I will never trust you again.
