Since 1985 I have been a customer in Hagen for the calibration of taximeters. There was never any reason for criticism, all employees were always friendly. You can't do anything about the prices. As you call into the forest, it echoes out. Often times I have seen how unfriendly and grumpy the customers were, because it wasn't fast enough.

To me you have always been courteous and friendly, both the switchboard and the field service, the superfluity of a custodial office and the inflated prices, the cooperation for nothing I rate hereby only the staff.
