The admission service was very quick and straightforward. Unfortunately, the environmental badge was forgotten on my order. When I asked, I learned that you can buy them afterwards. When I was back on site, I was sent away on the grounds that I had to go to the TÜV or another recognized body. I was able to purchase the environmental badge online from another dealer with the same vehicle registration document.

Friendly and competent. Called in the morning and informed me about some information. In the afternoon I went there personally. The staff were friendly and I cannot fault them.

They were conceited but since the corona crisis they have become more conceited / arrogant. The people who work there have no idea and are very rude and cheeky !!!! I have no words! Especially with them everything is very expensive. Unfortunately I have to give a star, but it should be minus -20 stars 👎👎👎👎👎

I came 10 minutes before the end of the day, I just had to ask something and was kicked out. I just wanted to ask for a price! Absolutely rip off and then still so cheeky! Never again!!!
