Well sorted, tidy and goods always available. I haven't seen my dearest employee for a long time, by far the friendliest employee! The lady at the checkout is unfriendly, she doesn't get a friendly word from her lips. Woooo is the great help? A big plus for Fressnapf for such a great, super friendly employee, even if unfortunately only temporary

Very nice staff and are available to answer any questions. However, only 4 stars because the online range differs from the store. I think the concept of the Zoo-Kölle is very good here.
