If you want to work with a reputable broker, you should avoid this shop! G. TAPPEN makes promises, does not call back and does not keep his promises. Another dodgy guy who discredits serious brokers. It can't get worse!

If we could distribute minus stars, we would do it immediately. The services offered here by property management leave more than to be desired. The accessibility is more than miserable, you are never called back. There is no response to e-mail, letters or faxes. You are forced to set deadlines, but they are never observed. The services described in the service catalog are not observed and if they are more than defective. With this property management you can only go down the drain. More than bad. Can advise anyone against.

I found an apartment online that was offered by Tappen-Immobilien. When I called I got a viewing appointment very quickly. I am very satisfied and very impressed with the performance. I can only recommend it.

I have never seen such unreliable and dubious business dealings with a broker: Mr. Tappen does not keep his promises, plays for several weeks for a while, can be denied on the phone, and there are no promised callbacks. The fact that on request on Fridays he assures that all preparations for the property purchase that has been agreed for several weeks will be completed in the next few days and then succinctly informs the following Wednesday by e-mail that the already promised property has been sold, to fulfill fraudulent deception. Too bad that you can not give negative stars here.

I can only agree with the negative pre-ratings. Poor to no accessibility, dubious, level and disrespectful behavior, delay technology par excellance, bubble-like promises .... Conclusion: worthy representative of his guild !!! I've never been so disappointed human ..... Unfortunately, there is now a star here, because otherwise it will not be posted - because no star deserves to rate this behavior!
