I travel a lot in the field. Whenever I had a problem, I was helped by phone wonderful. There has not been a situation in which I was left standing in the rain. Nevertheless, I find it a pity that many smaller branches are closed - some of them are important for the rural infrastructure despite everything.

For me for many years, the bank of my trust and that has, on the whole, always been justified. Now just a little "Electronic Banking" - Problem: Called, immediately get competent and friendly help. The bank is no longer as small and personal as it used to be, but these are constraints that a cooperative bank unfortunately can not escape completely.

Very friendly and helpful staff, but it is a pity that there are only a few ATMs in Bayreuth. Otherwise very satisfied!
