Today it was a perfect example to never go to this "bank". Family member wanted to do something at the counter. ONE was occupied. After several people had already waited, they finally managed to get a second switch. At a pace that could be compared to a snail !! Want a lot of money for everything, get a lot of money for their job themselves, but run a step faster .. Would be too much of a good thing. Simply without words!

I have been a client of the bank since 1987 and have always been well advised and supported according to my life situation. Whether as a student, student, employee, self-employed person or company owner, all employees of the bank have always behaved courteous and thoughtful and never let me stand in the rain.

The SB machine eats through a hardware error my debit card and I may wait 14 days until I get back because it has to do an external company, although I did not do anything wrong. For me, enormous disadvantages occur in everyday life and nobody feels responsible for it. This branch is not recommended. Was my first and last time!

Only claim the service, because account at another branch. Very friendly and helpful. Here you are still a customer.
