Very dissatisfied. Earlier this year, I had a car insurance for two vehicles completed at agreed prices. But booked much higher rates. The insurer wanted to take care of it. Now we are almost in November and I can not reach this man anymore. He does not call back either. When I called the central office, they said that only the standard contract was received and not the one with the agreed discount. Incidentally, I got the letter in writing from the insurer. I feel very abandoned. I would not recommend this agency in any case!
