The lady who is rude and disrespectful in the room 107. She is tired of working She demands completely ridiculous things. I just wanted to hand in some paperwork and I've been waiting for more than an hour but she did not take it because I came without an appointment and she was rude beyond that she ignored everything I said and she was rude with me.

Today I received a call back with the information that I need another document as requested by me. I think it's great if employees can think along and was very grateful for that.

The lady who issues the birth certificates is absolutely incompetent, rude and cynical. She demanded impossible things that were completely meaningless. Really bad! Somebody is hiding behind a huge wall of bureaucracy!
