If everything doesn't go right, the child's mother won't bothered. It doesn't work at all, that's often the reason. No control, just naïve care. A second opinion is always helpful.

At first it was difficult to reach someone by phone because you were thrown off the line. I immediately received an extension or a callback offer via email. On the phone, the person in charge was able to explain all the questions and help me. In another case we submitted a reimbursement request, here we were told it would take some time as there was a lot to do. After 5 weeks, the application was processed and the payment followed.
