Unfortunately, I am no longer satisfied with the service and customer support. It has already happened several times that a few, sometimes only 2 (!!!) Euro direct debits were returned because the receipt and credit on the account overlapped too late on the same day. What use is an interest rate for a € 1 overdraft if this is not possible at all? I am not necessarily a small customer either, and I used to be looked after by GL, but as a "normal" customer is no longer customer service if nobody looks at the returns and everything is automatically evaluated by a computer. There is 1 extra point for the free account, although many extra charges have also been introduced here.

NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FOR AN ACCOUNT OPENING APPOINTMENT !! HAVE TRIED FOUR TIMES !!

So far I have had no problems with the bank. The staff is friendly and helpful. No complaint.
