Friendly employees, but poor advice due to incompetence of the business customer advisor. The predecessor was great! It all depends on the person. The complaint was simply ironed away. The request for another supervisor has not been met to this day. The only thing left is the decision to change. This answer fits the bad image of this branch! I certainly don't need good wishes from you.

From my point of view, the team in Oberhaching and also in Wolfratshausen is a customer-oriented, friendly group. The advisors adhere to the Corona rules and are always easy to approach (they even call back TIMELY !!!). The consultations can also take place remotely via the Internet! Great, that saves time. The banking app VRBankingClassic, with VR-SecureGo for the TANs and VRSecureGoPlus for the credit card legitimation for internet purchases is exemplary, secure and offers all the functions I need. ApplePay and the proprietary solution Kwitt are also great. With Kwitt you can easily transfer money between VR customers via email from the VR app - just like with PayPal (and you support a German bank!) ATMs are few and far between in the Munich metropolitan area. It does not matter anyway. The solution: either free withdrawal via the VR credit card or when shopping for groceries (e.g. Aldi) at the cash register. I don't regret my move to VR Bank Oberhaching for a minute.

Friendly group. Don't think like customers. Just a cash machine. My advisor has been replaced for the 3rd time within 3 months. The consultant is now top. Opening times bad
