The bank staff has absolutely no idea of ​​service nor of their work. I wanted to conclude a private pension insurance but the application was not filed for half a year (!!) let alone the contract was properly completed. My papers did not even arrive at the insurance provider. But the bank employee did not notice that, and that's one of his main tasks. After I reported that, it was of course one will take care of it. I waited two weeks for something to get worked up. There was nothing. At the latest at such an incident one should act as a company. If there's nothing coming for two weeks then you probably do not care as a customer - at least that's what you have successfully taught. After I personally withdrew my application was not even tried "damage limitation" to operate. Absolutely sad and to my mind most UNSERIÖS especially in this service sector. After all, it is a bank!
