Security was there today too. I can understand that not everyone can come in at once. But it took too long. There are 3 employees in the branch. I wanted to set up a standing order from someone else on my account (does not work with the banking app). I then wanted to make an appointment by phone. But you can no longer get through to the branch, but end up at a machine. He can explain how to set up a standing order - but only from mine to another account. I couldn't make an appointment. It failed due to communication problems. Too bad. Clearly overshot with the reduction in service.

Very unreliable staff who don't want to be useful to their customers. I recommend Branch in Pasing, take good care of your customers, pay attention and have patience, super nice. Professionals!

My opinion on Commerzbank? I already know why I left this bank years ago. I just wanted to quickly cancel my account, which I haven't used for years and have forgotten. The first visit the wait was around 45 minutes when I was finally told to just cancel my account by phone, they'll close in 30 minutes. Everyone knows that this is not possible, but I was not allowed into the branch. Visit number 2 happened in such a way that after about 30 minutes of waiting (the employee first had to ask 3 times) I was informed that unfortunately I cannot come to the branch with my request and should cancel my account by post. I don't think that works in the mail. How should the identity be compared? Well, thank goodness I have nothing more to do with the juice shop. If that doesn't work by post, I'll have an account with the worst bank in the world forever 🥵🥵😄😄
